2. Flow is one big shared to-do list online. I use this with my PR and Marketing job. We all share an account and keep track of who needs to do what. You can "follow" a task, create lists, assign deadlines and delegate members to complete an assignment. I really like that there's an iPhone app for this site. I get push notifications sent to my phone with updates and notices. Once you complete a task, simply check it off and everyone will know how productive you are. (If you're missing deadlines, they will also know-so I can't help you there)
3. Bill Monk. Rent is $800, I owe you $400, but you owe me $35 for the gas, but then I bought your dinner for $15 the other night, but then yesterday you picked up a few groceries for $25. Let's settle this. What? This is the story of my life with my sister/roommate. We are forever owing the other money, but then picking up things here and there to where it ends up getting really complicated, really fast. Bill Monk is an incredible tool, we enter each individual item, who paid and how much, how we want to split it plus much more and it figures it all out with the click of a button. It even tracks library books and displays handy repayment charts. It reminds the person via e-mail how much money they owe someone and vice versa. To sum it up, it's a genius machine.
